  Although we are more professional than our guests in bag knowledge,but every guest is a teacher to us,i usually learn much from my client.

  For example,recently i meet a Japanese client-Akita,who is efficient, rigorous and detailed.At first,Akita told me they are looking for a factory who can customized cosmetic bag for them,and told me that's a urgently order,after know the details,i told him our factory can meet his requirements.

   After ask some questions,Akita told me they want to make sample order first.Because they only have logo design in hand,so need make samples first,then know how to improve,i'm glad to promise to make samples for him.Of course,for customized logo,we usually need chage sample fee,and can be refunded if the order quantity reach certain quantity.Akita gladly accepted the sample fee，and sent me their design,as it's a urgently order,so the delivery time for sample and order all very tight.So we have to finshed the samples within 3 days.

   Although the time is very tight, we still produced the sample. As the puller is not what the end customer wants, Akita asked us to send several colors of the puller directly to his customer for confirmation.So it save some time for the production.Finally,we got the order about 30000pcs cosmetic bags.I'm feel so luck to know Akita and won his trust,and learn a lot from him!
